Capt'n Hook Outdoors

Captain David Hooks, Jr. is a USCG Licensed Captain, who is also First Aid and CPR Certified. Hooks has been fishing the Ocean Isle Beach area his entire life. He grew up fishing from Southport to Little River with his father, searching for Flounder, Redfish, and Speckled Trout. He bought his first offshore boat back in 1986, and began bottom fishing, live bait kingfishing, and Gulfstream trolling. In 1989, he began fishing for Kings competitively and currently competes on the SKA (Southern Kingfish Association) Circuit.

Captain Hooks has many Top Ten finishes under his belt and a Divisional Win. The SKA is a very competitive Tournment circuit that has competitions spread all over the Atlantic and Gulf coast. He is a very talented fisherman, and wants to help you and your family or friends experience a fishing adventure that will always be remembered.
